With two pregnancies under her belt, Kourtney knows what it's like to start running all over again. With an extra 40 pounds, taking those first steps were challenging, but the perseverance was well worth it. Kourtney had her best year racing after the birth of her first daughter and hopes to return stronger than before. Kourtney truly loves working with newbie runners; Helping them achieve their goals inspires her to keep working towards hers. Kourtney aims to keep her clinics fun, light hearted, and education but don't mistake this for slack - she will also make you work hard, because she knows you can!
