We are pleased to announce, after a two year hiatus, we are comfortable starting up our Spring Personal Best Running Clinic again! As in past years, this clinic will take place twice a week - Tuesdays starting at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am (in conjunction with our weekly Strides Run Club).
The Tuesday evening session will include a mix of intervals and hills, with the goal of helping you get fit and prepared for your spring/summer races. There will be programs geared towards 10K and Half Marathon, but we can adjust the workouts to help you get ready for a spring marathon, if that’s your goal.
The clinic will start next Tuesday, April 12th, at 6:30pm from Strides, and will run weekly for 13 weeks, leading up to the Stampede Road Race (July 10th this year). The cost for the clinic is $150.00.
