This clinic will focus on building strength and mileage over 10 weeks, introducing intervals, hills, tempo runs and learning to vary running intensities for the 10K distance.
Group workouts on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am)
It is recommended that participants be able to run 20-30 minutes at clinic start
