Can’t commit to a weekly program? Join Laurie every Monday evening through summer/fall,whenever you can make it! We will run a variety of trails in Fish Creek Park - distances ranging from 6-12km.

$100 for 10 weeks (Leading to Millarville 10k)
This clinic will focus on building strength and mileage over 10 weeks, introducing intervals, hills, tempo runs and learning to vary running intensities for the 10K distance.
Group workouts on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am)
It is recommended that participants be able to run 20-30 minutes at clinic start
