Free Tuesday & Thursday Evening Run Group - Marda Loop

Group meets on Tuesday & Thursday evenings (6:00pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am), mostly from our Marda Loop location, but will travel to various locations.

This will be a structured run group building to a 10km distance in the spring.

Prerequisites: Ability to run for 30 minutes continuous. Pace will be around 6:45-7 min/km
