Clinics from STRIDES FISH CREEK:

Spring 10k Clinic

  • Coached by Lauren Milburn
  • Starts Tuesday, April 9th
  • $100 for 10 weeks (Leading to Millarville 10k)
  • This clinic will focus on building strength and mileage over 10 weeks, introducing intervals, hills, tempo runs and learning to vary running intensities for the 10K distance.
  • Group workouts on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am)
  • It is recommended that participants be able to run 20-30 minutes at clinic start

Spring Trail Running Clinic

  • Coached by Lauren Milburn
  • Starts end of April

FREE Drop-in Hill/Interval Workouts

  • Coached by Jenn Alexander
  • Can’t commit to a weekly program? Join Jenn and Lauren every Wednesday evening
    whenever you can make it!
  • Wednesday evenings starting at 6:30pm.

Spring Personal Best Clinic

  • Coached by Jeremy & Jeanette Deere
  • Group workouts on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm) and optional long runs on Saturday mornings (9:00am)
  • Starts Tuesday, April 9th
  • $150 for 13 weeks (Leading to Stampede Road Race)
  • Clinic is designed for runners looking to improve their 10K or Half Marathon times or those who have reached a plateau in their training.
  • Tuesday night sessions will include higher intensity intervals and hills.
  • It is recommended that participants be able to comfortably run 10K prior to joining this clinic.

  • Can’t commit to a weekly program? Join Ed’s groups every Wednesday evening whenever you can make it! (Standing reservation at the Garrison Pub to follow workout!)
