Hustle for the House Run

Formerly known as Rock the House Run, this family friendly event has some new and exciting changes! The event is offering a, 5K Walk/ Run and a 10K Run as well as a 1K McDonald's Go Active Walk with a new route, for the whole family! Best of all, you'll help families with sick children staying at Ronald McDonald House Southern Alberta!

5 Peaks Central Alberta Series - Bowness Park

Beautiful Bowness Park is one of Calgary's inner city gems, with access to multiple single track trail connections.  The race begins in a large group picnic area beside the Bow River, with access to playgrounds, picnic shelters, creeks and the river. This is a wonderful location for our finale, so bring a blanket or your lawn chairs and stay a while.

Begun nine years ago as a way of encouraging runners to stay active over the busy Holiday Season, the Strides Run Streak has quickly turned into one of our most anticipated events of the year. Come Streaking with us! It's pretty simple and actually involves keeping your clothes on. Register (for free) on the Strides Facebook page (HERE) and join us as we burn off Holiday calories and fight the winter blues by running at least 1 mile per day (or longer), every day in December.
