These can be worn on their own or overtop a baselayer when it is really cold.
If your hands freeeze in the cold, mitts are the way to go! On really cold days, layer a glove underneath or make sure that you have room to add a little hottie inside your mitt to keep your hands toasty.
Do you pull off your gloves even when it is -20 degrees? Another option is to choose a hybrid glove/mitt, where the mitt can be tucked away especially if the temperature changes during a run.
