This clinic will focus on building strength and mileage over 10 weeks. Group workouts on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am). Tuesday sessions will introduce intervals, hills, tempo runs and learning to vary running intensities for the 10K distance. Saturdays will focus on a longer, slow run to build endurance.
It is recommended that participants be able to run 20-30 minutes at clinic start
