Stampede Road Race

15th Annual Stampede Road Race!!! All races will finish on the Glenmore track, so stick around for the post-race festivities, including a traditional Post Race Stampede Breakfast! There are Cash Prizes for top 5 overall Males & Females for the 10K & Half Marathon, Cash Prizes for top 3 overall Males & Females in the 5K distances, Finishers Medal for All participants, and Medals for top 3 finishers in all races for each gender in each age category.

5km, 10km and Half Marathon Races start at the Tennis bubble, located approximately 500m south of the Glenmore Track. All Kids' Races start/finish on Glenmore Track.

 

Raise money for Can Praxis Veterans - PTSD - Horses
While the Canadian Forces uses teambuilding, communications training and leadership development to prepare soldiers for war, Can Praxis uses horses to help soldiers recover from it and regain their family relationships.

Can Praxis is a collaboration between Steve Critchley and Jim Marland. Critchley is a 28 year veteran of the Canadian Forces and an international mediator, facilitator, negotiator, and trainer. Marland is a registered psychologist, Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, mountaineer, sailor, corporate trainer and a professional speaker.
