Spring 2025 Running 101 - Marda Loop

Group meets on Thursday evenings (6:00pm)
Starts Thursday, May 1st.
$75 for 9 weeks.

The Learn to Run / Continue to Run clinic is designed for people getting starting running and/or looking to return to running after taking time off. Runners will be using a run/walk program to build their endurance over the 9 weeks. At the end of the program, runners will be comfortable running for 5km or about 40 minutes.

No running experience is necessary and this clinic.
