Group meets on Tuesday evenings (6:00pm) and Thursday evenings (6:00pm)
Starts Tuesday, March 5th.
$100 for 10 weeks.
The Learn to Run / Continue to Run clinic is designed for people getting starting running and/or looking to return to running after taking time off. Runners will be using a run/walk program to build their endurance over the 10 weeks. At the end of the program, runners will be comfortable running for 5km or about 40 minutes.
No running experience is necessary and this clinic.

Group meets at Marda Loop on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45PM, with the option to also drop in to Strides Run Club on Saturday mornings at 9AM.
Starts Tuesday September 12th
$50 for 9 weeks
Runners will be using a run/walk program to build their endurance over the 9 weeks. At the end of the program, runners will be comfortable running for 5km or about 30 minutes.
