While Covid-19 restrictions have limited our ability to host larger group runs for much of the winter, current guidelines have allowed us to re-start our Saturday morning runs. Join our run group leader, Lauren Milburn, at Strides Fish Creek every Saturday morning. The group will leave at 9am sharp! All levels and abilities are welcome.
