Group meets on Monday & Wednesday evenings (5:45pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am), mostly from our Marda Loop location, but will travel to various locations.
This will be a structured run group building to a 10km distance.
Prerequisites: Ability to run for 30 minutes continuous. Pace will be around 6:45-7 min/km
